This slow-dried vegan and gluten-free coconut bacon is a fantastic meal and salad topper to add a crunchy texture. It's delicious and high in dietary fibre. They're a flavoursome bacon alternative for salads, soups, baked potatoes, roasted veggies and more!

All products are dehydrated at 46°C for 16-24 hours, so all nutrients, vitamins and enzymes are preserved. This is alive food, the seeds are soaked (activated) and sprouted to help digestion and to activate enzymes.
